Creating inclusive communities where people with intellectual disabilities can live, connect and thrive.
ADAPT develops and promotes Inclusive Living, an open model that enables people with intellectual disabilities to live independently within connected neighbourhoods. Combining thoughtful housing design with community participation and support, the model helps create environments where people experience greater choice, belonging and independence.
People with intellectual disabilities continue to experience poorer health, lower employment and fewer opportunities for community participation. Inclusive neighbourhoods provide the foundation for greater independence, stronger social connections and improved quality of life.

Justdiggit works with local communities across Africa to restore degraded landscapes through practical, science-based regreening techniques. By improving water retention, regenerating soil and increasing biodiversity, their work strengthens climate resilience while supporting local livelihoods and long-term environmental recovery.
